Processing Time

Our current processing time is 1-2 business days. Couriers do not ship out on weekends.
Most orders ship within 1-3 business days, but during peak periods such as product launches, sales, or holidays, please allow up to 2-4 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched.

A tracking number will be provided for every shipment. For standard shipping, please allow 1-5 business days for delivery. Kindly note that weekends are not counted as business days.

To avoid lost or stolen packages, we strongly recommend monitoring your tracking number and being available to receive the package at the time of delivery.

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email, followed by another email with tracking details once your package has been packed and handed off to the carrier. We encourage customers to track their shipments using the tracking number provided.

Please note: Once the shipping carrier marks the order as “delivered” to the address entered at checkout, our responsibility for the package ends. We are not liable for any lost, stolen, or misplaced packages after delivery confirmation.

If you’re unable to locate your package, we recommend first checking around your property, mailbox area, or with neighbors. If it’s still missing, you’ll need to contact the delivery service directly to file a claim and, if necessary, submit a report with your local authorities.

CNC Nails is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. Thank you for your understanding.

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Our shipping system automatically generates labels based on the address you provide. If the address is incorrect, your package may be lost or returned. In such cases, customers will be responsible for the additional shipping fees required to resend the package.

We offer FREE standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $50 (excluding taxes).

International Shipping

Yes, we ship worldwide!
Shipping costs vary based on weight and location, and will be calculated at checkout.

Order Processing Schedule

Please note, CNC Nails is closed on weekends and major U.S. holidays.
Orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays will be processed the following Monday.

International Duties & Taxes

Customers are fully responsible for any duties, taxes, or VAT imposed by their local government when ordering internationally.
These fees are not included in our shipping charges, and CNC Nails does not offer refunds for orders returned due to unpaid customs fees.
We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an international order.
