Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or contains the wrong item(s), please contact us within 7 calendar days of the delivery date so we can resolve the issue promptly.
To assist you as quickly as possible, kindly email us at hello@cncnails.store with the following information:

•    Your full name
•    Order number
•    Shipping address or email used at checkout
•    Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s)

Once we’ve reviewed your request, our team will follow up with next steps. In cases of damage due to shipping, we will do our best to provide a replacement where applicable (case-by-case basis).
